Connect your tools — resume ready.

We read what’s already in your tools and turn it into resume-ready lines.

The gathering

Don’t go looking. Just connect.

We read through years of your records and collect everything that could count as an achievement.

  • Your tools, as they areNothing to move, nothing to tidy up first — you just connect them.
  • Sorted by company, project, and yearWe read what you connect and collect what you achieved in one place.
  • Nothing gets lostSide projects, quiet launches, the work you can’t put a date on.

The writing

Talk results, not responsibilities.

We put it in the language a founder or an interviewer actually stops on. And every line carries the record it came from.

  • Situation, action, resultStructured the way interviewers actually ask.
  • Real numbers onlyIf a figure isn’t in your records, it doesn’t appear.
  • Source attachedEvery line links back to the document it came from.

The digging

We find the wins you’d forgotten you had.

You’ll find out the project from three years ago was an achievement. You may not remember it — your records do.

  • Years back, not monthsGone from memory is fine, as long as you left a record at the time.
  • Records reach further than memoryIt surfaces more than you’d ever pick out on your own.
  • The last call is yoursKeep it, rewrite it, or throw it out — nothing we surface is final.

Frequently asked questions

What is Career Collector?

We gather the work records scattered across your tools and turn them into achievement lines you can put in a resume. Connect your work tools and we’ll read through years of records, find what counts as an achievement, and write each one up with its source attached.

Which tools can I connect?

We’re building connections for Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, and more of the tools you already work in.

What happens to my records?

We only read the documents tied to your account, within the scope you approve. Your records and the achievements that come out of them are yours — delete your account and all of it goes with it. And none of your data is ever used to train an AI model.

Isn’t AI just going to make things up?

A made-up number makes a resume worse than no resume at all, so this is the failure we designed hardest against. Every achievement points back to the document it came from, and a figure only reaches a line if it’s in your own records. Anything we can’t evidence we leave out or mark as “N%” — and every line we write is yours to edit.

I’ve signed up. When can I actually use it?

We’re opening in September. Leave your email and you’ll be the first to hear when the doors open.
